Energia's Careers Page: A Transformation in Recruiting

Energia, a leading energy company, recognised the importance of an effective careers page as a recruiting tool. However, their existing page was not meeting the expectations of job seekers. As Lead designer, I helped to leverage Energia's brand and implemented a comprehensive redesign of their careers page within their corporate site. The new page focused on delivering relevant and informative content, highlighting key benefits, sharing real-life employee stories, and improving the overall user interface and user experience.

The primary objective of the project was to transform Energia's careers page into a valuable resource for job seekers, aligned with their brand identity.
